Classes in the Park
Train in the fresh air with a supportive group of like‑minded people. Our outdoor classes are varied, adaptable, and designed to suit all fitness levels — whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your performance further.
Every session is different and always fun. Depending on the day, your workout may include a mix of HIIT, strength training, cardio, functional movements, and both equipment‑based or bodyweight exercises.
Your membership includes access to a huge variety of classes, such as:

MetaFit Classes
Jon leads our high‑energy MetaFit sessions — a fast, intense HIIT workout set to music that keeps you moving and motivated. It’s short, sweaty, and seriously good fun. Perfect if you want maximum impact in minimum time!
Personal Training
Several of our experienced instructors also offer personal training, giving you the chance to focus on your individual goals and progress at your own pace. PT sessions can be used alongside your MOF classes or completely on their own — whatever suits you best.

Events
From BBQs and bowling to mountain biking adventures and Segway experiences — we get up to all sorts at MOF. Our community is about more than just fitness; it’s about friendships, fun, and making memories together.
We aim to organise an event once or twice a month, giving members plenty of chances to connect outside of training. These can include:

There’s always something happening — loads to keep everyone entertained, motivated and happy.
PowerWave
Joanna runs our PowerWave class on the middle Sunday of each month — a dynamic, strength‑based workout using the PowerWave bag (similar in style to a Bulgarian bag). This class is designed to work your entire body, building strength, power, and endurance in a fun, structured format.
Joanna talks you through every movement, making sure you feel confident and supported throughout. With motivating music playing in the background, the session has a great atmosphere — and while it can feel tough at first, it’s incredibly rewarding and perfect for building strength fast.
